Die folgenden Melodien gehören zu den von Jazz-Musikern am meisten gespielten. Ich habe versucht, sie danach einzuordnen, wie sie gewöhnlich gespielt werden. Die meisten Kompositionen sind von Jazz-Musikern, mit Ausnahme von jenen, die als "Standard" markiert sind.
Sie sollten versuchen, sich mit so vielen wie möglich davon vertraut zu machen. Die meisten von ihnen findet man im Real Book oder in den Büchern von Chuck Sher.
